Supreme Size Chart: Hoodies, T-Shirts, Jackets & Pants

Reviewed by SizeChart Editorial Team · Last updated: August 25, 2026

Quick answer: Supreme does not use one fixed measurement chart for every product. The official sizing page lists dimensions for individual items, and two pieces with the same letter size can have different chest widths, lengths and intended fits. Find the exact product first, then compare its garment measurements with a similar item you already own.

This guide explains how to read the current Supreme size chart, compare hoodies and tees, choose pants and handle collaboration footwear. The example measurements below come from Supreme’s official Fall/Winter 2026 sizing page and are labeled by product so they are not mistaken for universal body measurements.

Supreme Size Finder & Garment Comparison Tool

Use this Supreme size calculator to compare a T-shirt, hoodie or jeans you own with item-specific Supreme measurements. It does not use a generic body-size conversion.

Results compare garment measurements—not body measurements. Data: Supreme Fall/Winter 2026 examples shown below. Recheck the exact product and season before buying.

Supreme Size Chart Examples

Supreme publishes garment measurements, not a single body-size conversion. “Chest width” is usually the flat width across the garment about one inch below the armhole. It is not the circumference of your body, and you should not automatically choose a size by matching it to your bare chest measurement.

Supreme Small Box Tee Size Chart

Measurement (inches)SMLXLXXL
Body length (HPS to hem)27½28¾29¾30¾31¾
Chest width (flat)21½22¾2425¼26½
Sleeve length (center back to cuff)18¾19½2020½21

Chest width (flat)24⅜25⅝26⅞28⅛29⅜
Sleeve length (center back to cuff)33½34¾3637½39

The hoodie is substantially wider than the tee in the same letter size because the garments have different constructions and intended fits. That difference is why a generic “S = 34–36 inch chest” calculator can give the wrong result.

How to Measure for Supreme Clothing

The most reliable method is garment-to-garment comparison. Choose a tee, hoodie, jacket or pair of pants that fits the way you want the Supreme item to fit. Close buttons or zippers, lay it flat on a smooth surface and measure it without pulling the fabric.

Diagram showing how to measure Supreme garment chest width, body length and sleeve length on a flat shirt
  • Chest width: Measure straight across about one inch below the armhole. Keep this as a flat width when comparing it with Supreme’s chart.
  • Body length: Follow the chart’s starting point. HPS means the high point of the shoulder; CB means center back.
  • Sleeve length: Supreme may measure from the center-back neck seam to the cuff, so a normal shoulder-to-cuff number is not directly comparable.
  • Waist: For pants, check whether the table says full circumference or relaxed measurement.
  • Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem along the inside leg.

How to Choose the Right Supreme Size

  1. Identify the exact product and season. Do not use the measurements for one “Small Box” item to size a different jacket, collaboration piece or cut.
  2. Compare like with like. A lined jacket should be compared with another lined jacket, not a thin T-shirt.
  3. Check all measurements. Chest width may look right while the body or sleeve length is unsuitable.
  4. Add your fit preference. If you plan to layer a sweatshirt beneath a jacket, compare the jacket with one that already has enough room for that layer.
  5. Review the return rules. Supreme’s U.S. FAQ says eligible returns are for online store credit and must follow a short authorization window. It also lists categories such as T-shirts and shoes as non-returnable, so sizing should be checked before checkout.

Supreme Hoodies, Tees, Jackets and Pants

Hoodies and sweatshirts

Do not assume every hoodie is equally oversized. Fabric weight, zip construction, lining and the specific cut can change the usable room. Compare chest width and body length with a sweatshirt you like, then check sleeve length using Supreme’s center-back method.

T-shirts and tops

Different tee lines can have different specifications. Use the product name shown on the sizing page and compare the flat chest width rather than converting it directly into a wearer chest size. Follow the care label; do not depend on expected shrinkage to correct a poor initial size choice.

Jackets

Outerwear varies especially widely. A technical shell, down layer, varsity jacket and work jacket may all have different widths at the same letter size. Consider what you will wear underneath and compare with similar outerwear.

Pants and jeans

The number on a Supreme pant may not equal the finished waist circumference. In the example above, a labeled 32 has a listed 35-inch waist circumference. Check waist, inseam and leg opening together, and note whether the waist value is relaxed or full circumference.

Supreme collaboration shoes

There is no single Supreme shoe conversion table that safely applies to Nike, Vans, Timberland and every other collaboration. Start with the base model’s official size guide and fit information. If you are converting regional sizes, remember that conversions can differ by brand and model; the model-specific chart takes priority.

Supreme Size Chart FAQ

Does Supreme run true to size?

There is no reliable site-wide yes or no. Supreme publishes measurements by individual product, and those measurements show meaningful differences between categories and cuts. Compare the exact item with a similar garment.

What size Supreme hoodie should I buy?

Use the specific hoodie’s flat chest width, body length and sleeve length. Compare all three with a hoodie that fits you well, then allow extra room if you plan to layer underneath.

Are Supreme tees and hoodies the same size?

No. The same letter size can have a very different flat chest width and length across a tee and hoodie. They should be measured and selected separately.

Can women wear Supreme clothing?

Yes. Choose by garment measurements and preferred fit rather than using a fixed “size down one” gender conversion, which does not account for body proportions or product cut.

Do Supreme shoes use Nike sizing?

Only a Nike-based collaboration should be checked against that Nike model’s sizing. Supreme collaborates with multiple footwear brands, so a universal Nike rule is inaccurate.

How often does Supreme sizing change?

Measurements can differ by product and season. Recheck the official sizing page whenever you buy a new item instead of relying on a previous purchase alone.

Bottom Line

A Supreme size label is only the starting point. The safest choice comes from the exact product chart, a flat measurement comparison and a clear decision about how you want the item to fit. Save your own garment measurements so future drops are faster to compare.
