How to Measure for Running Apparel
- Chest:
- For men: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
- For women: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the tape is level under your arms.
- Waist:
- Measure around the natural waistline (above the belly button and below the rib cage).
- Hips:
